I saw a commercial on TV last night advertising a free kids bike helmet. It will be at the Westfield North County Fair Mall in Escondido from 12-3 on 6/19/10. It is for children 12 and under. I'm guessing that this will be similar to their other free bike helmet events in San Diego with a limited quantity so get there early. I will update this post if I hear more specific details.
